I wanted to take the time to share our family’s story and express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care we received through your practice. 

We welcomed our first son, Julian, in July 2024 and our second, Lucas, in April 2026. We had the privilege of experiencing midwifery care for both pregnancies and births. From our very first appointment we felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every member of the team treated us as people, not just patients. 

 One of the moments that stands out most to us was after Julian’s birth when he required care in the NICU. While his medical care was transitioned to the hospital team, we never felt forgotten by our midwives. During an emotional and overwhelming time for our family they continued to check in, offer support and genuinely care about how we were doing. Knowing they were thinking of us and following Julian’s progress brought us tremendous comfort during those difficult early days.  

That experience made our decision to return to Access Midwives for Lucas’s pregnancy an easy one. We already knew the level of care, professionalism, and compassion we could expect, and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. Being welcomed back by familiar faces felt like returning to people who genuinely cared about our family and had been part of our story from the very beginning.

A special thank you to Sequoya, Megan, and Eliza. Their knowledge, kindness, and dedication helped us feel confident and supported throughout our pregnancies, births and postpartum experiences. We were lucky to have Eliza on our team for both pregnancies. She had a way of making us feel capable and reminding us that we were doing a good job, even when we doubted ourselves. There were moments when her kindness and encouragement brought me to tears because it was exactly what I needed to hear. We will always be grateful for the role she played in helping us grow into the parents we are today.

I also want to thank the friendly faces at the front desk, Jamie and Barbara. You ladies were always so friendly, professional and helpful. It was such a comfort being greeted by your warm smiles and kind faces every time we walked through the door. You helped make every visit feel welcoming and your kindness never went unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to support the families who come through Access Midwives. 

Looking back, it is hard to imagine our journey without Access Midwives. The care we received helped shape some of the most important moments of our lives, and we will always be grateful for the role your team played in welcoming both of our boys into the world. We always recommend midwifery care to anyone who is considering it. The level of personalized support, expertise, and compassion we experienced exceeded anything we could have hoped for.

Thank you for helping our family grow. We will always look back on these experiences with gratitude.
