We had the Pink team of Emma, Amanda, Elise and also their student Jess for our whole journey. All were so incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. We never felt rushed at appointments, there was always so much room for questions and discussion over anything, and we really felt like someone was always there for us. When plans for a home birth had to change, they found a way to help us feel positive and empowered about still being able to labour as long as possible at home, and deliver in the midwifery unit at McMaster. Amanda delivered Holly with the help of Lynnlee as well, and they were both a calming and supportive presence and ensured everything went smoothly. The first few weeks after her birth were definitely challenging, and I don't know what we would've done without the support, reassurance and encouragement from all our midwives. Having the ability to call anytime and knowing someone was there to check-in or come to see us, was so amazing as first-time parents.

Holly is now four months and doing so well. We would be thrilled to be able to work with the same team again - can't imagine going through this whole experience without them!
