Kretz Family

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Tamara, Erin, Simone, and Nicole are! I couldn’t be more thankful for the support I received during and after labour. Our daughter Grace Elizabeth Kretz was born April 8th, 2021 at McMaster hospital. Tamara was by our side from the time we arrived at 6 am, through my long labour; she was my guide and support as I pushed for 2 and a half hours. It was so intimate having just my fiancé (Brian) and Tamara in the room for such a special time. (Hey Tamara) Brian is on call if you ever need a last minute assistant😄

Once home the support continued, helping us through the transition of becoming parents and guiding me through the difficult time of learning to breast feed. Grace was not gaining weight at a regular pace, Simone discovered she had a lip and tongue tie that the hospital did not see at birth that was causing the weight loss.

I am so unbelievably thankful to the whole team. I could not have imagined having anyone else by our side. Thank you Access Midwives, thank you Tamara, Simone, Erin and Nicole! Looking forward to your care and support for years to come as we grow our family
