Leo

It was so exciting to be pregnant, but also so scary! I struggle with anxiety, and having the midwives made things go so much smoother. I was able to ask questions when I wasn't sure about different changes - and they were always a phone call away! When I went into labour, my midwives came to our house and assessed me there before going off to the hospital. I was already 8 cm and I was so scared that I wouldn't be able to have an epidural, but they made sure I got it :) they we're so attentive while we waited for Leo to come almost 14 hours later! It was an amazing experience, and I would definitely go through it again with my wonderful Team Purple! Thank you Simone, Amanda (student), Erin, and Tamara.
