Leyland Twins

This was my fourth pregnancy alongside access midwives, however this one was much different for me as I was expecting twins! Fortunately, I was paired with the blue team Genevieve, Lynlee and Connie in addition to my OB team because I was high risk with twins.
I absolutely loved my experience, they were able to be my extra support through the whole pregnancy. Anytime my OB wasn’t clear on any aspect these ladies elaborated and helped ease my mind, especially with a twin pregnancy! Both my girls ended up being breech which meant an automatic C-section for me. Midwives were there the whole time, keeping me up to date and helped my recovery in hospital and at home go so well!
After my girls were born they were a huge help and support, I remember Connie being especially helpful in advising me on my diet and different things I could try to help support me in my hopes to exclusively breastfeeding them. Having had breastfed my previous 3 children, the twins were a whole lot more challenging. Thankfully the twins are now almost 4 months old and thriving! Thank you Access Midwives again 🥰
