As a first time mom, I was lucky enough to have the yellow team guide me along every step of the way. Sequoya, Nicole and Beth made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I always went to appointments with lots of questions and they always provided feedback and eased my mind. I had a lengthy and somewhat complicated delivery that ended with a successful c-section and Sequoya helped me through the entire process. She was amazing to work with. I honestly don't know how they do it. She had a very busy day with other births prior to my delivery and she still provided the best care. I also had a visit from Connie during the labour and she was awesome as well. Sequoya kept me calm and was very thorough. I feel like we had a great connection so felt so comfortable under her care. She explained everything to me so I would understand what was happening when the team at McMaster had to perform my c-section. The after care from the entire team was also great. They always not only checked in with Valerie but made sure I was doing well and helped guide me with breast feeding.

I am excited to work with them for any future births!
