ORANGE TEAM STUDENT

Hello! I’m Kennedy (she/her), a senior year midwifery student at McMaster University!
Since coming to the MEP, my passions of creating safe, inclusive and fun environments during intimate and thrilling events in life, such as pregnancy, birth and postpartum, have grown and flourished. There are hundreds of wonderful aspects to midwifery care that drew me in starting at age 14, but one of my favourites is client-centered care. Client-centered care is an empowering and educational opportunity midwives provide to expecting parents, making it one of my top passions. Bringing a life into this world is so special and beautiful which is why I am so honoured for the chance to be a part of it with you!

When I’m not gushing about how much I love midwifery, you can find me spending time outdoors, reading books, drawing, enjoying music or hosting movie nights! I look forward to spending time with you all during your pregnancy and early parenthood journeys! Thank you !!
